As Europe faces increasingly complex challenges to its Critical Infrastructures (CI), from cyber threats and climate-related disasters to cascading cross-sector failures, building a more resilient, adaptive system is no longer optional, it is essential.

At the heart of the ENDURANCE Project lies a commitment to addressing this need through practical solutions, strategic cooperation, and policy-informed innovation. One of the most powerful tools to achieve this vision is collaboration, bringing together diverse voices, sharing experiences, and aligning efforts across sectors and borders.

To support this mission, the ENDURANCE consortium has launched the Pan-European Working Group on Disruption Resilience, a dynamic expert network designed to exchange knowledge, shape future strategies, and drive innovation in CI resilience.

Why a Working Group?

The Working Group was created to amplify the project’s core objective: enhancing the resilience of Europe’s Critical Infrastructures through stakeholder engagement, cross-border cooperation, and practical application of research. It serves as an open platform where CI professionals, public authorities, researchers, and regulatory bodies can share insights and influence the development of new frameworks, tools, and standards.

Whether you’re working in digital services, energy, public health, water management, or transportation, the Working Group offers a unique space to contribute to and benefit from the collective intelligence of the resilience community.

Key Benefits of Joining:

Participants in the Working Group gain access to a range of valuable opportunities:

  • Be the first to know: Receive updates on the latest methodologies, technologies, and developments from the ENDURANCE Project.
  • Share your experience: Contribute case studies, lessons learned, and best practices from your sector or region.
  • Help shape policy: Provide feedback and suggestions that may help influence future EU regulatory and standardisation frameworks.
  • Build your network: Connect with other experts, researchers, and stakeholders from across Europe.
  • Drive impact: Collaborate directly on outputs that will inform practical tools and recommendations for CI operators and policymakers alike.

Who Can Join?

The Working Group is open to individuals and organisations actively involved in the resilience of Critical Infrastructures, including:

  • Security and risk management experts across all CI domains
  • Operators and stakeholders from CI organisations
  • Representatives of EU-funded and national resilience projects
  • Law enforcement, emergency services, and national security bodies
  • Standards organisations and regulatory authorities

To ensure the relevance and impact of the discussions and contributions, participation in the ENDURANCE Working Group on Disruption Resilience is limited to individuals working within the sectors and organisations involved in the resilience of Critical Infrastructure. While the registration form is open to all, please note that we reserve the right to verify and assess each registration to ensure alignment with the core objectives of the Working Group. Not all registrations will be automatically accepted, and we will be contacting registrants to confirm their participation and next steps.
