How does the ENDURANCE project align with your organisation’s mission and objectives? Why is it significant to your sector, and what impact do you hope it will have?

ENDURANCE directly aligns with our core objective of helping public administrations navigate complex societal challenges, such as climate change, health crises, and digital disruption, through strategic innovation, resilience planning, and cross-sectoral collaboration. The project’s emphasis on governance innovation and systemic preparedness resonates strongly with our ongoing work in areas such as energy transition, education reform, urban development, and public service modernisation.

Our leadership in WP 11 allows us to apply our expertise in impact-driven project design, IPR management, and sustainability planning to ensure that the project’s outcomes are not only exploitable but also relevant and enduring for public administrations and communities across Europe. We see ENDURANCE as an opportunity to contribute to a more resilient and future-ready Critical Infrastructure that is better equipped to anticipate, absorb, and adapt to future crises.

What specific contributions is your organisation making to the ENDURANCE project? What are the key outcomes or goals your organisation hopes to achieve through the ENDURANCE projecT?

DIADIKASIA Business Consulting S.A. (DBC) leads WP 11 on IPR, Innovation, Exploitation, and Sustainability in the ENDURANCE project. Our key contributions include developing the exploitation strategy, managing intellectual property and innovations, and designing tools for long-term impact and sustainability. Through ENDURANCE, we aim to strengthen our expertise in research commercialisation and expand our consulting services in the field of critical infrastructure.

The project enhances our positioning within Horizon Europe as a strategic innovation partner. Our goal is to ensure that ENDURANCE delivers real-world, lasting value across both private and public sector and infrastructure domains.

Looking ahead, what lasting impact do you hope the ENDURANCE project will have on your organisation, the sector, or the broader community? What are your long-term goals related to the project?

For DBC, the project strengthens our role in shaping innovation strategies and commercialising research with real-world applications. At the sector level, we aim ENDURANCE to contribute to more resilient, adaptive, and evidence-based governance across Europe. Our long-term goal is to build on the project’s outcomes to support public administrations and CI operators in anticipating and responding to future crises. Ultimately, we aim to position ourselves as a key partner in the design and delivery of sustainable, impact-driven R&I initiatives.

What key insights or advice would you offer to other partners or future collaborators? Is there anything else you’d like to share about your organisation’s involvement in ENDURANCE or any final thoughts on the project’s future?

One of the most important lessons from our participation in ENDURANCE is the value of being proactive and impact-oriented from the very start. Thinking ahead about the potential benefits of the project and focusing on the key results early helps shape clearer pathways to uptake and long-term value.

Our advice to other partners and future collaborators is to focus on collaboration, align efforts around real-world needs, and actively seek opportunities to create synergies across work packages. A shared vision and close coordination can generate meaningful, lasting effects beyond the life of the project. At DBC, we see ENDURANCE as a chance not just to contribute expertise, but to help build frameworks that truly serve both the consortium’s and the public interest.
